Kids nature camps terms & conditions

By registering and paying our nature camps you agree to our terms and conditions:

Nature Camps Permissions and Waiver 

(This waiver form is standard in camps worldwide)

By making a payment I authorize my child(ren) to participate in all activities of the Terragon Nature Camps. I release Continea, Terragon, and its representatives from all liabilities, including any injury to my child(ren) arising from participating in camp activities.

I also understand that in the case of injury or sickness every attempt will be made to contact me, but in case I cannot be reached, my child(ren) will be treated by emergency and medical care professionals, as they deem necessary.

At Terragon Nature Camps we take pictures and videos of the activities to share with you our weekly activities on our facebook page or website.

I grant permission for Terragon to publish pictures or videos of my child(ren) on our website, social media pages or printed material. I understand that pictures/ videos will not include names for identification purposes and that if I give notice to Terragon that I object to any particular picture, it will be removed as soon as possible.

If for some reason, you do not want any pictures, kindly tell us IN ADVANCE, so we can ask your kid to step out of group pictures.

Cancellation Policy

For us, it is very difficult to issue refunds. Given the age group, we need to have enough personnel (4 to 5 kids per camp counselor!), book the excursions, and arrange transport well in advance.

Cancellations 30 or more days from the start of the camp can receive a refund minus an administration fee of €50.

Changes to another week can be made, subject to availability, with an administration fee of €25.

Cancellations less than 30 days from the start of the registration item cannot be refunded. 

If your child or someone in the family is sick, you can send a doctor’s letter, and we can try to change the date for another day in any of our camps -within the same vacation period- subject to availability. There is an administration fee of €5/day. Fees for the pick-up service cannot be refunded.
