  • Ensuring the safety and well-being of participants
  • Compliance with legal and insurance obligations
  • Communication and promotional use of photos or videos (only with explicit consent)

Terragon Nature Camps uses social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram for communication and promotion.
Where platform settings allow, Terragon has opted out of the use of uploaded photos and videos for artificial intelligence (AI) training purposes.
Terragon cannot control the data practices of third-party platforms beyond these available settings and refers parents to the privacy policies of the respective platforms for further information.

Personal data is stored no longer than necessary for the purposes described in this policy or as required by applicable law.
Medical information is only retained for the duration of the camp and any legally required period thereafter.
